grave lights The quality of our products is of uppermost importance to us. All the raw materials which we use for the production of our lights have corresponding confirmations and certificates.

This begins with the wick, which fulfils the requirements of the norm RAL (Reichsausschuss für Lieferbedingungen – a German organization, which determines product norms in many industrial branches). The wick is carefully manufactures of a paper core wrapped in a special kind of cotton.

Colourings and fragrances possess certificates concerning the harmlessness of the emitted compounds and the UV resistance. Oils and paraffins are specially bleached, purified and rid of harmful components – they correspond to the guidelines of the norm RAL (e.g. with regard to the content of sulphur and free fatty acids). Every raw material used in the production is rigorously examined and of each batch samples are taken and tested before the sale.

Thanks to these measures the final product fulfils all the requirements of the repeatedly mentioned and binding norm RAL as well as the non-compulsory Polish norm PN-C-98000:2005.

A well-made light:

does not smoke
does not hiss
does not have spattered sides
does not have a faded colour

It must also:

burn regularly to the end and as slowly as possible
have a steady and 'pure' flame
